Eligibility for Same-Day Pickup

• Same-day pickup/delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM on the same day.
• Pickup is free and subject to availability and convenience (We are located outside the GTA - If items are on hand you may place an order and meet at the provided pickup location in Toronto) We reserve the right to decline same-day pickup based on operational capacity or delivery area restrictions. (PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE PICKUP OPTION IF YOU REQUIRE DELIVERY, SAME DAY DELIVERY IS A $25.)
• Same-day pickup orders are only confirmed once payment is processed and contact information is provided (You will receive a confirmation message or email once your order is successfully placed and scheduled for pickup)
• Pickup times are based on availability and will be scheduled within 1hr of order confirmation.
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hour before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.

• Orders are only eligible for same-day delivery once payment is processed and contact details are provided.
• You will receive a confirmation message or email once your order is successfully placed and scheduled for delivery.
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time to receive a full refund.
• Rescheduling of same-day delivery is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• By scheduling same-day delivery, you agree to provide accurate contact details. We may use this information to contact you with any updates regarding your delivery.

We offer a 2 day return policy for all eyelash extentions (ADHEISIVE CANNOT BE RETURNED) Items must be in their original condition/ unused.  

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
